We may be listed under a different network and can verify your coverage. We also accept all auto insurance plans and workers compensation cases. We will gladly work with your attorney, and supply all the necessary paperwork for the completion of your case. We do accept accident cases on Letters of Protection, when signed by your legal council. We can also perform physical therapy with a prescription from your primary care physician under the Humana HMO plan.
